Shipping Rates and Policies
JYG&CO, All products will be shipped out within three business days after payment clears. We use UPS as our carrier and most likely we will ship ground unless otherwise specified by the customer. If a product is damaged in shipping the customer has the option of refusing the package. If the customer refuses the package, customer must note the damages on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately (Go to our contact page) so that we may assist you.
Return and Exchange Policy:
If you receive a defective product, please send defective product with proof of purchase and it must be in its original box. If you send us back your product and it is determined that its does not work because of misuse or negligence then we will not be able to exchange it. We reserve the option to decide if the item in question failed due to defects in workmanship or materials or neglect, accidental damage, or misuse.
Headphones come with a limited lifetime warranty. Metal detectors come with a limited two year warranty from the date of purchase. Only the original purchaser can claim the warranty. Damage due to neglect, accidental damage or misuse of any product is not covered by our warranty.
